- Transport: Use fabric cart or support poles — NEVER drag fabric on the floor
- Packaging: Keep on until the moment of installation to protect from damage
- Path clearance: Remove or cover all sharp edges along the fabric path
- Personnel: Adequate team — wet forming fabrics can weigh 200-500 kg
- Contamination: Avoid oil, grease, or chemical contact with fabric
- Twist prevention: A 180° twist can destroy a fabric — handle with care
- Seam protection: The seam is the most vulnerable part — protect during handling
- Tool check: Remove ALL tools from the machine before startup
