The robust double-layer polyester/polyamide composite construction provides the high tensile strength (≥100 kN/m) and wide open area (800–1,500 CFM) needed for continuous sludge dewatering operations.
The engineered void volume handles large sludge throughput with rapid, efficient water drainage while resisting blinding from fine particles. Chemical resistance across pH 3–11 ensures reliable operation with varied sludge chemistries, including lime-conditioned, polymer-conditioned, and mixed industrial sludges.
Compatible with all major belt filter press brands — Andritz, Bellmer, Alfa Laval, Huber, and others — each belt is custom-fabricated to your exact machine dimensions with your choice of seam configuration.
