PT-3CSSB5220 is a 2/5-satin SSB triple-layer forming fabric for high-speed tissue and fine-paper machines. Its independently engineered paper and wear sides combine clean sheet formation with strong dimensional stability and abrasion resistance.

PT-3CSSB5220 is a 2/5-satin SSB triple-layer forming fabric for high-speed tissue and fine-paper machines. Its independently engineered paper and wear sides combine clean sheet formation with strong dimensional stability and abrasion resistance.
The fine 0.15 mm paper-side yarns provide high fibre support without binder marks. A 5-satin wear side with PET/PA monofilaments distributes contact wear, while the integrated SSB binder keeps both layers stable without penetrating the sheet-contact surface.
Designed for Crescent formers, Fourdrinier, gap and hybrid formers operating at 800–1,800 m/min. Target air permeability is 4,800–5,200 m³/m²h at 100 Pa, with a typical operating tension of 5–8 kN/m.
